The Method

The Executive Hunters operating model comprises 6 steps.

It begins with an initial analysis with the Client, followed by exhaustive mapping of the market based on the specific aims of the search. Then the Company activates its network, making contacts with the most highly qualified profiles the mapping reveals: this is the headhunting phase in the strictest sense, that leads to an initial selection of the resources, based on Client requirements, the technical level of the post and the sector, as well as the motivational and career aspects, followed by presentation of a group of highly referenced candidates for interviews. The final, and perhaps most important phase involves providing all necessary support during the negotiation and insertion assessment phase.
